Blythewood, SC – Another Guide Neighborhood Information
If you keep day with my article submissions on this site you must have a pretty good idea of my thoughts on the real estate market and my knowledge Columbia SC Blythewood SC. I have previously written articles about most popular neighborhoods in Blythewood and geographic locations around Columbia that are appealing. In this article I will try to deepen the SC Blythewood community and give an overview of additional quarters that may have been ignored in the past either by lack of exposure in the market or a new generation of homes. Blythewood Development History
From my childhood years to relocate to Blythewood (mid 1980) I had a picture of horse farms, the suburbs, and the smooth development. I'm not quite sure how this community has become rural to suburban fast or why it remains one of the most desirable areas in Colombia … but I have some theories. I think a lot of this has to do with the Richland County District 2 school system, which is considered one of the best school districts in the State of South Carolina. Richland 2 has been awarded more than U.S. $ 3,000,000.00 in the bond referendum to build new schools to meet growing demand number of residents in the neighborhoods of the new Blythewood being developed. In the 2011-2012 school year is added Muller Blythewood Middle School to the school system to expand. Many buyers to identify the correlation of progressive housing developments by the number of schools under construction. Schools are a good indicator for the development and that often combine several elementary schools and point the center of development. Here are some other neighborhoods in the Blythewood Community, which are at the core of development.
The Maples

It is located between the northeastern Colombia and Blythewood, which has become a hot spot for development and now is to link these two areas.
Camari Farms
Camari Farms is a of the oldest neighborhoods in Blythewood. What is outside the Syrup Mill Road through Cobblestone Park. This is something exclusive neighborhood and size of the lots are more than 2 acres in size. These are mini-farms with custom homes built in the years 1970 to 1980. This neighborhood has a great design and the concept of simplicity. The neighborhood consists of a single path that is returned outside Syrup Mill Road.
Calico Farms
Calico Farms is very similar to Camari farms. This neighborhood is located near the road and divides the line Sease Fairfield and Richland County. Some sizes are much more than 10 hectares and the construction is moving slowly, but steady. This is a neighborhood in which you want to build your dream home in the country. There is a mandatory Homeowners Association and are open to using your own builder.
Blythecreek
New home is a neighborhood located near the road near Bethel Elementary School Boney-Hanberry. This subdivision is a typical neighborhood first home in Blythewood and is conveniently located near the City of Blythewood. Rex Thompson is a major, if not the only builder in this neighborhood.
Langford Meadows
Langford Meadows is a small neighborhood with homes built quality. Homes in this neighborhood, basically sold out before it was marketed ever. This is a great place and small subdivision, similar to the farms Camari, but close to several golf courses like the Club Windermere, Crickentree, Cobblestone Park, and the Columbia Country Club. Many of the homes here are modest-sized brick houses around 2000-2005 on 3.2 acres treated.
Blythewood is constantly growth and new neighborhoods are appearing around the 29016 zip code. This is one of the areas that buyers always mention during your home search. But search for homes in the area can be difficult and buyers must make decisions quickly once you see a house. Supply and demand creates a competitive market here.
